BS2 Basket strainer type model BS2 designed for solid particles removal from liquids, indicated for all industrial applications. Available with quick opening cover for easy maintenance and basket mesh cleaning. Metallic basket mesh with a filtration range starting in 100 µm. Complete stainless steel housing manufacturing. Housings compatible with bag filters installationsizes 01 and 02.

BS3 Fabricated strainer, designed for solid particles retention in liquids. Versatile equipment suitable for all kind of facilities as a protection strainer for main or auxiliary plant equipment, as well as for final refining of products in industrial process. Horizontal installation. Easy cleaning of the basket screen to facilitate the maintenance through the removable cover. Custom-made configurations available.

CS1/CS2/CS3 Temporary strainers to be assembled between flanges inside the pipeline, designed for solid particles retention in liquids and gases. Cone-shaped, basket or flat disc construction. Especially suitable for start-up applications or as a temporary filter to protect auxiliary equipment (pumps, valves, etc.) from possible strange objects. Filtration direction inside-outside or outside-inside.

DS1 Double-body basket strainer designed for solid particles retention in liquids, with alternative operation system to keep working non-stop when doing the maintenance and screen cleaning. 3-piece body with ball-valve main changeover system, operated with central lever. Same side connection and by pass for balancing. Removable covers to facilitate the screen cleaning.

DS2 Double-body basket strainer designed for solid particles retention in liquids, with the possibility of alternative or parallel operation. It allows to keep working nonstop when doing the maintenance and/or cleaning at one of the basket strainers. Basket type filter elements with metallic mesh or perforated plate. Changing equipment system through different kind of valves. Removable screen mesh for an easy cleaning. It can be supplied with a self-supporting skid, if requested.

DS3 Double-body basket strainer designed for solid particles retention in liquids, with alternative operation. It allows to keep working non-stop when doing the maintenance and/or cleaning at one of the basket strainers. Basket type filter elements with metallic mesh or perforated plate. Switching system through butterfly valve, manual or automatic. Removable screen mesh for an easy cleaning. It can be supplied with a self-supporting skid, if requested.

DS4 Double basket strainer in-line, designed for solid particles retention in liquids, with alternative operation to keep working non-stop when doing the maintenance at one of the basket strainers. 3-parts body with central operation system with ball valve. Detachable covers for an easy screen removal and cleaning.

SD1 Suction Diffusers are filtration equipment specially designed to be placed on the suction side of pumps. These devices protect the pumping equipment from the possible entry of dirt or foreign objects that could damage its internal parts. They also promote the circulation of the fluid with laminar flow, helping the performance of the pump. Its compact construction allows saving space in the pumping and stations.
